Let's cut to the chase: Arrowstorm make great fantasy movies, inspired by the themes and atmosphere of fantasy roleplaying games.
They've shot three movies back-to-back in their Mythica saga and are now running Kickstarters to fund post-production work on each in turn.
The first, A Quest For Heroes, came out earlier this year and now post-production work on the second chapter of the Mythica saga, The Darkspore, is the subject of Arrowstorm's current Kickstarter.

Here some details on the actors portraying the core adventuring party:
Melanie Stone plays Marek, a natural-born necromancer with a club foot. Stone is a brilliant new actress, with Mythica marking her first starring role, having played supporting roles in Christmas for a Dollar and Survivor. Since filming Mythica, she has starred in The Christmas Dragon, and He Knows My Name.
Nicola Posener plays Teela, a priestess of the Order of Ana-Sett. Arrowstorm fans will recognize her from her starring role in Dawn of the Dragonslayer, while she has also starred in several British films and TV series, including Disney's House of Anubis.
Jake Stormoen stars as Dagen, a half-elf rogue. Like Melanie, Jake is a rapidly rising newcomer to the screen, but has spent years of his life immersed in fantasy role-playing games... so that also counts, right? Since Mythica, he has gone on to starring roles in Cyborg X, The Christmas Dragon and War Pigs.
Adam Johnson plays Thane, a grizzled warrior and veteran of many wars. Adam can be seen in a myriad of projects, including the Veronica Mars movie, Dexter, Vamp U, Orc Wars and the upcoming release, Dragon Warriors.
Hercules himself, Kevin Sorbo makes his long-awaited return to the fantasy genre as Gojun Pye, legendary wizard and mentor to Marek. Kevin is best known for his starring roles in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Kull the Conqueror and Andromeda.
