While Sky 1 is screening The Flash and Arrow (and soon, Supergirl) just days after they've aired in the States, fans of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. are still getting no love from Channel 4.
As the Marvel show rumbles on in the States (the third episode of the third season aired this week), there's still no indication as to when the UK's Channel 4 will start screening it again.
@acrobatic_flea The scheduling dudes have not passed down any dates to us yet. We'll let you know when they do— 4Viewers (@4Viewers) September 29, 2015
It's not as if the episodes are timed to tie in to the Marvel movies or anything... oh, waitaminute, yes they are!
And then, of course, there is the constant flow of news, teases, reviews and spoilers coming from those who've actually seen the show, that become increasingly hard to avoid as the season progresses.
Channel 4 is a great channel. It has the best news service and airs some incredible programmes, but when it comes to Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. it was clear that something wasn't working from the very first season.
I kind of wish that they'd drop Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. so it could get picked up by one of the satellite broadcasters, such as Sky 1, who would treat it - and its comic book superhero fans - with the respect it deserves.
