Eight years in the making and with over seventy cast and crew interviews Cleanin’ Up The Town: Remembering Ghostbusters aims to be the definitive documentary charting how Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters 2 were made.
Initially self-funded by the brother and sister team of Anthony and Claire Bueno, the documentarians are now turning to Kickstarter to raise the final £40,000 to bring Cleanin' Up The Town to fruition.
Interviews in the documentary include actors Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver Annie Potts, David Margulies, William Atherton, Kurt Fuller and Jason Reitman, director Ivan Reitman, producer Michael C. Gross, visual effects crew including Richard Edlund, Terry Windell, Dennis Muren and Steve Johnson, musicians Ray Parker Jr and The Bus Boys.

Complementing Cleanin' Up The Town is Ghostheads, a Canadian documentary about Ghostbusters fandom that launched a Kickstarter campaign yesterday to fund its post-production process.
Ghostheads is a documentary that explores the extreme side of the Ghostbusters fandom, and looks back at the impact the franchise has had on the world over the past three decades. Through interviews with key cast and crew, including Dan Aykroyd, Ivan Reitman, Ernie Hudson and many more, as well as with Ghostbusters fans all over the world, Ghostheads presents countless humanizing stories that will connect with audiences about camaraderie, overcoming obstacles, and that no one should ever feel alone or isolated.The film-makers are looking to raise Ca$42,000 by March 12, to cover animation, licensing, colour correction etc
