Daisy's Inhuman task force, The Secret Warriors, bust into the Hydra base to rescue Coulson and his team.
As an added bonus they manage to snag Malick on the way out. Back at S.H.I.E.L.D., Malick - torn up by the death of his daughter last episode - is only too willing to start spilling the beans on Hive, explaining that this "Inhuman god" has the power to infect Inhumans and control their minds.
Immediately, Coulson realises one of Daisy's team might be infected and puts the base in lockdown. Then the power goes out and "Hive's operative" murders Malick (as per his vision of his own death).
Paranoia and in-fighting ensues, until eventually Coulson believes he has found the infiltrator.
The initial slick and stylish raid on Hive - with multiple different superpowers on display - looked almost easy, but it doesn't take long to appreciate that that's not what The Team is about.
Once under suspicion, the different reactions of the members of Daisy's team are fascinating to watch and the clues are there, if you've been paying attention, to who the unwilling traitor is.
The final twist delivers a fantastically dramatic suckerpunch to Coulson's team as the show enters the final act (the last five episodes) of this season.
