My love of James V West's Black Pudding zine (an old school fantasy adventure publication full of wonderous character classes, usual adventures, and peculiar monsters) is well heralded on this blog.
And the fact that he teams up with the ever-reliable Peter Regan, of Squarehex, to publish the zine and run his Kickstarters, is just the icing on the cake.
The current Kickstarter, which launched yesterday and runs until April 16, is a twofer. A pledge of a mere £8 gets you not only a print edition of the new issue of the zine but also a Black Pudding-branded "adventure journal", a blank notebook to keep track of your group's exploits in.
Check out the Kickstarter for Black Pudding #7 and The Black Pudding Adventure Journal here to see the different investment levels and then make your pledge to support the latest crowdfunder from James and Peter.

In this glorpy issue is a small assortment of character classes, such as the eyeball, as well as a few new monsters, such as the incredibly handsome grave crusader. The Kickstarter also offers you the opportunity to pick up a print bundle of all the issues of Black Pudding to date, as well as the Adventure Journal, for £30.
Following that… a gazetteer of the world of Yria, one of the many iterations of eternal Pan-Gea! The five cities of Yria are described, many random tables provided, and crude, X1-style blurbs suggesting other parts of the world. The mythos of twelve deities is also presented. All for your wondrous gaming endeavours.
It is the world of Black Pudding!
All stats, such as they are, presented in a familiar B/X style that works well with Labyrinth Lord, Old School Essentials, or the OSR Playbook from Black Pudding #4.
