A trailer for our Arthurian drama Gwenevere, starring Laura Frances Martin, Joanna Neary, and Jonny Hibbs, with Tessa Arrowsmith-Brown, Rosanna Lambert, Niall Parker, Sasha Innes, and Arran Hawkins. Original music and arrangements by Brian Mitchell. Directed by Philip and Sarah Reeve.

Since the project was announced in December 2021, I've been keeping a watchful eye on Philip Reeve's plan to write and direct an Arthurian short film, self-financed and shot largely in the atmospheric Dartmoor landscape around where he lives.

Gwenevere is now complete and will be screened for the first time on Saturday (June 3) as part of the Northampton Film Festival.

After her fall from grace and power, Queen Gwenevere must travel on foot to the abbey where she is to live out her remaining years. But on her way through the wilderness, she and her two companions encounter an evil knight.
