When The Hunter Becomes The Hunted...

With Disney dollars helping Marvel fill out its portfolio of licenced properties, it was inevitable - sooner or later - that we would start to see a new wave of wild crossovers being promoted (as Marvel did with Conan the other year).

I'm almost surprised that it's taken them this long to come up with a Predator crossover, bringing one of the Yautja in the Marvel Universe and setting it on the trail of Wolverine in  a globe-trotting hunt, spanning the decades.

Wolverine has lived one of the longest and most storied lives in comics history. Now witness the untold greatest battles of Logan’s life – against a Predator! One Yautja seeks the greatest prey in existence – and finds it in Weapon X.

From the blood-ridden snows of the Canadian wilderness to the sword-slinging streets of Madripoor, Wolverine and a Predator break everything in their paths on their way to the ultimate victory… or glorious death.

The four-issue miniseries, Predator Versus Wolverine, starts in September, is written by Benjamin Percy, and features art from Greg Land, Andrea Di Vito, Ken Lashley, Kei Zama, and many more.

Surely a Kraven The Hunter crossover must be the cards as well?

And does all this mean in the future that deep space supers, such as The Guardians of The Galaxy, Captain Marvel, or even ROM, will cross path with Xenomorphs from Marvel's Alien range?
